From nursing and public service to real estate.
Patricia D. Williams founded Patricia Williams Realty in 2010 as a woman-owned brokerage serving Washington, D.C. and Maryland. Washington, D.C. is her hometown.
Her professional background includes nursing and Federal service, where her work progressed from IT management to organizational leadership. Those roles involved people, details and decisions, all of which matter in a real estate transaction.
Patricia taught first-time homebuyer courses with HomeFree USA and has continued relationships with past clients and their families. If buying is new to you, bring your questions about the process. Her background in homebuyer education is a useful starting point for that conversation.
